No messenger on Services

I have been trying to access the cmd messenger on my toshiba laptop. I have been all through the services menu and I don't have the Messenger section.....what do I do?

Messenger went down officially few months ago, was replaced by Skype. If you want use MSN, go to page like imo and log in there.
