No pic but sound

My LG tv comes on and can the logo and menu the picture looks good but try to play my DVD player r wacable tv have sound but no pic except for a no signal logo

I think that your TV's picture tube may have a defect or the picture tube of your TV is not working. Can you please describe that your TV is old or new, so we could help you further.
