No place to enter password for laptop to use router

Hello,
Trying to connect to a netgear router wirelessly, but there is no box to place the password in, so I cannot get any further.
Any ideas ?

That's a very short description of the problem, so we can only guess: while configuring the wifi connection on you laptop, you need to select the security protocol the router uses. Maybe there is none selected?

^Yes. You need to select the security type being used by the router, e.g. WEP, WPA, or WPA2. You may also need to select whether it uses TKIP or AES.
