It doesnt ring but it plays music and vibrates only

Ihave tried the setings everything is working only the problem it cant ring

First, check that the ringtone you are wanting to use is still on the device, and in the same location. If it was moved, or removed, that can make the phone get a little 'stuck'. While it should revert back to the original ringtone, that doesn't always happen. So try changing to another ringtone and see if that works.

Also, try checking the individual volumes in "Settings" rather than just the main phone volume.

Another to check is that the individual ringtone is not set to have the volume turned off. It can happen on some phones. So look at the ringtone itself.

If none of the above works, try turning it off and then on in "Safe Mode" and see if it will work in there. If it works in "Safe Mode" then you either have a virus, malware, or one of your apps is messing with the ringtone working. You would have to find and remove the culprit.

A last resort after all that would be a "Hard Reset" wiping all things and restarting the device to its original state, or having it looked at by a tech.
