no ringing tone

I don't have a ringing tone on my phone. What's the problem? I didn't drop it anywhere. Please help. Thanks.

The volume could have accidentally been turned down (happens all the time) check that.

Also, if your phone received any recent updates, installations, etc., then the ringtone that it was set to use could have been moved, erased, etc. Try restarting the phone and then go into the settings and reset the ringtone.
