If that link will not solve the issue try to uninstall/reinstall the software of the microphone just to make sure. Also make sure Playback Devices is set to play using your speakers.
- Right click on the speaker icon on the bottom right and select Playback Devices.
- Make sure there's a green check on Speakers.
