Can't specifically answer your question without the make and model numbers.
The Kogan TVs seem to have coaxial digital audio and a headphone out. If your speakers have an aux analog audio input that should work with the headphone out. If they have a digital input it is likely to be optical so you would need to convert the coax to optical.
