No sound output when connectin tv to audio system

Have the Samsung ue48j5500 and the Micromega a-60. Trying to connect them with a simple rca cable (red/white), the sound system is at the right audio output, but unfo there is no sound / connection coming out. Any ideas pls ?

Have you gone into Samsung menu and TOLD IT to use external speakers?

yes, the menu is in greek , so i translate it for you. I choose, menu/sound/list of speakers. And there is the option of TV SPEAKERS and AUDIO OUT/OPTICAL OUT. When i choose the AUDIO OUT/OPTICAL OUT , nothing happens.

Is there a nearby setting that says PCM/Surround/Dolby, select PCM.
