Hi no there are no apps visible on the 'apps screeb on the smart tv, all there is a grey /blank boxes so can't choose apps. Smart Panasonic

hi , yes youtube wont play it just went off a few weeks ago , the app screen on the tv is just a inaccessible as its all blank . apparently its the Humax device that is causing same problem for a lot of peoplw
