Noises from computer while talking on skype

Hello,
while talking on skype, the people I talk to complain that they they here a noise like waves on the beach. and it gets so loud they cannot hear me. I have a Samsung

Try adjusting your microphone settings to see if that corrects the problem...

also make sure your headphones if wired or wireless not next to the router or the speakers or a cell phone or wireless phone or case fan. headphone wires and speakers are known to be a good at picking up cross talk electrical pulses. also may want to adjust how sensitive your mic is.
