Question noisy fan

I have a Clevo n550rc with a noisy fan, fan noise kicks in some time after bootup,

took back off today, cleaned out fans, could not see any issues with the fans.

sounds like it is the rhs fan (facing screen) where noise is coming from, is real loud

is this just a case of fan replacement?

If that noise is from the fan, yes it has to be replaced. Are you sure the fan is not hitting a cable or something else?
