Suggested taking battery oh, it's non removable. Now what??

Unsure if battery went completely dead, or lack of Google access had anything to do with black out. Now nothing works, can't and tried reset and power n lower volume key in addition to home n backpage keys, nothing.
Please help, my 14 year olds phone. Has new games three weeks of progress saved to the phone.

So the screen is black? Nothing at all happens when you try to turn it on? Try leaving it on the charger overnight, hold in the power button for about 30 seconds, release it, then try turning it on again. There is not a lot of info on that phone, you can check with Figo support or the carrier you got it from it you did not buy it on your own.
