Can you please elaborate not enofgh storage on what?
Delete the useless data or get the New Drive or memory card or what ever storage you need

Apps? Are you talking about a smartphone here?

Try uninstalling any unused apps. Plug smartphone on PC and clean it up... delete all uninsteresting photos, videos, etc from WhatsApp folders or stored in the devices original pastes as well.
