Not getting charged above 71%

My phone is Coolpad note 3 lite it is not getting charged above 71% I have tried other cord also please tell me what to do.

If it charge is not going above a certain level, try charging it while it is off and see if it does better. Should it charge more that way, I would say you have something running on the device when on that is using power and not allowing the full charge.

However, if it still won't charge farther, even if you charge it while the device is turned off, then you are probably going to need a new battery soon.
