Not working sound

Sound system is not working at all .

What device is it? Brand, model, etc.
What version of Android are you running?
Is it all sounds through all apps and calls? Or is it just calls, or just apps?
Is it still no sound when use speaker phone for calls?
Do you get no sound when using headphones (wired) and/or Bluetooth?
