I have a note 3 from verison that i have use in the past wuth st it os now actint weird it will have a h one sec thwn nothing at all the next then it will. Say reggistaing for at&t which is the sim i am useing

Your post is hard to understand due to the typos, you are trying to use a Verizon device on AT&T? Not likely to work. Did you contact AT&T to have it activated?
