Notes lost on phone, need them back

So recently i had a factory reset on my phone and i thought i'd keep my notes with the backup. Turns out it didnt...
There's really important stuff on them and i need to get them back.
I searched on the internet for solutions but all there are are those stupid programs you need to pay for to get your files back.. Is there any way for me to get my deleted notes back without paying and without any roots? I know this isnt PC related but this forum has helped me so many times i cant help but refer to this site.

I use a Samsung Galaxy s6 running at version 7.0

If the notes weren't included with the backup, you've lost them.

It's not possible to use data recovery software on a phone's internal storage. Such software only works on memory cards and computer drives.

Ditto, nothing we can do unless its cloud backed up.
Are you running with Samsung Cloud backup enabled?
That automatically saves photos and stuff.
