Notification Reminder needed

Trying to find a reasonably small, reasonably cheap GSM phone supporting 4G. Manuals seem useless for knowing if the phone has it. I have a ZTE N817 that had the reminder but not the 4G so I had to stop using it. Repeating notification should be prominent and repeat in less than 5 minutes.

Make sure the bands it supports your carrier uses

BLU is also pretty cheap but a few years ago they were in trouble for data collection/spyware, but the look to be back on for sale so if you want to get one of those, they are also like in the $100 range but with better specs than the ZTE.
