nvidia graphics card on laptops

i have bought a laptop(dell inspirion 3521) and it has no nvidia or amd graphic cards.I want to install them is it possible to

Nope. Not possible.

Laptops are not like desktops, there is very limited upgrade options. Laptops with graphic chips are usually soldered into the motherboard. Only specific gaming laptops have MXM slots which allows for a dedicated GPU to be installed, but these laptops start at $1,300+ and only specific laptop models have them. There are $2,000 laptops with GPUs that are soldered into the motherboard.
