Odd pop message

This is popping up every few minutes and I'm not sure how to fix it

(not a typo)

This is something you installed, or a stealth addon to something else you installed.
Malwarebytes, HitmanPro, or other malware/adware removal application to try to get rid of it.

I ran Malwarebyte, but it's still popping up

Try one of the other programs mentioned or recommended by these forums. Be sure to run an update on your anti-malware first.

Found this on another computer, had to boot in Safe Mode,
the go to c:\Program Files (x86)\Winfielduse (I think that's the correct path) and find the uninstall
That removed it, then reboot and rescan with normally suggested malware scanner/cleaners.
