every time I click on to a site the print has gone very small and hard to read, never used to be like this

If you are using Chrome, hold the Ctrl key and scroll up on your mouse wheel. This will increase the magnification and make everything appear larger. Should be able to do the same in most other browsers, I'd imagine.

Hello... Yes... use the tools in IE to incease the web page ZOOM I run typically 125% on a 1080P monitor.

That's probably a print preview. You can zoom in using the tools other users have mentioned.
