I own a Omen 15-ax004np that has SDRAM DDR4-2133 de 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) , could i possibly replace those 2 rams for 2 x 8 GB?

Yes you can replace existing RAM with 2 x 8GB.

Each slot can actually take modules up to 16GB, so the total maximum for the laptop is 32GB (ie 2 x 16GB).
