Question On my custom built pc I changed the bios settings, changing ram speed, but after I restarted it my GPU fans didn't spin pls help I don't what to do

On my custom built pc, specs motherboard, msi x570 a pro, CPU, Ryzen 7 3800x, gpu, gigabyte 5700XT, I recently fiddled with the bios changing the ram speed I restarted my pc and my GPU fans didn't spin and my motherboard isn't recognising it although it is powered and on, I resetted the bios via the CMOS battery but still nothing. I've had this pc for a year and never had any issues

Well my GPU turns on but its fans don't spin it's a Corsair 550watt PSU btw

Your PSU is under-powered per AMD's recommendations (min. 600w):

Personally, I would suggest, for long term use, a quality 650w PSU, at a minimum.
