Which way is better to take laptop through the online or through the showrooms

I would buy it online, it is often cheaper, but look at it in a showroom if you can. test the keyboard and screen for flex, see what it weighs, if you can, try testing its performance with a game or something. it is always better to know what you are getting before you get it.
