ONLY MUSIC SYSTEM With HEART BEATING SOUND

Hi,
I am confused, I want like the heart pounding sound but I don't want to attach it to my tv, I just want if for music purposes only. What am I suppose to buy? Are there ONLY MUSIC SYSTEMS which have speakers and woofers

Sound like you want a speakers and a stereo receiver or integrated amplifier (no radio built in).
Brand of receivers include Onkyo, Sony, Yamaha, & Cambridge Audio. Speakers from Bose, Polk, Paradigm, JBL.
