Solved! Only one device slow on WiFi network

I have a weird situation and I hope someone can help.

All of my devices connected to my WiFi router have "reasonable" internet speeds except for my laptop which recently slowed to barely usable.
My cell phone and tablet shows speeds of around 5Mbps where my laptop shows speeds of 0.2Mbps. They are all connected to same WiFi and are all in the same area.
I have performed troubleshooting and Windows (10) finds no issue.
I have flushed DNS, removed and recreated network access points, rebooted router and laptop (often) , uninstalled network card and reinstalled.. nothing works.
If I use a LAN cable the speed is normal.
Using new ASUS Viviobook, Windows 10 (all updates done and latest drivers)

Please heeelp

Hi.
I installed, as asked to by Asus, this one https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/.../LAN_DCH_Realtek_Z_V10.34.0603.2019_14326.exe
Chip is Realtek 8821CE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC

Firewall is set public and private

Disconnected all other devices from wifi and still no change

Only using windows defender so cant really uninstall

Link speed shows at 292/292 (Mbps)

I have also tried someone else's wifi and have the same issue :(

My life saver :giggle:. Disabling all start-up items did the trick. I didn't see any that should pose a problem but seems I was wrong . Speeds are back to normal. If I find the offending application, I'll post it back here.
Many thanks
