Question Opera browser wont allow me to upload any pics with a UMX (unimax) U693CL phone

Build Number; 3076.56625
Phone Model: UMX (unimax) u693cl

I cant up-load any files from my phone to any website using Opera for Android, Opera Beta or Opera Touch. For example, I cannot attach photos/files/documents to my emails, I cant upload photos to facebook, twitter, etc . I have disabled the ad block & data savings, and I have tried to use the desk top version of the website. All failed.

Other kinds of browsers work on my phone. Just not Opera.

It looks like an issue with Opera. I've always had problems with it.

I finally had to do a hard reinstall of the operating system. It did solve the issue though
