Opinions on Cyberpower?

I'm looking to buy a laptop, and ran across the company Cyberpower.
They seem to have what I want at a decent price.
But how are they on quality and customer service?
Anybody have any experience with them?

There customer service is the worst thing since AOL

Went ahead and ordered from them. It was like pulling teeth to get what I wanted.
But I don't have complaints so far about the machine or the price.
so my ratings:
customer service: lousy
actual machine: so far so good. exactly what I expected and nothings broken so far.
price: better than anywhere else I found (but not many places would actually give me what I wanted.)
