Opinions on Laptop Specs, and whether it's a good buy or not?

Hi there,
First time using this forum, and i am planning to buy a new mid range laptop for the following purposes:

1- Browsing and basic stuff
2- Light gaming (ex. LoL, CS:GO, etc...)
3- Programming Softwares (ex. NetBeans)
4- Editing and Design Softwares (ex. Dreamweaver, Photoshop, After Effects, Sony Vegas, etc..)


Laptop Specs:

Brand: HP (ProBook 450 G5)
CPU: 8th Gen Intel i5-8250U
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 930MX (2GB DDR3 Dedicated)
RAM: 8 GB
Storage: 1TB SATA HDD (5400 RPM)
Display: 15.6" Diagonal HD SVA BrightView WLED-backlit
Resolution: 1366 x 768

Price: ~689 USD without OS

Do you think that these specs meet the purpose of use or not? and do the specs justify it's price?

Any suggestions for other similar products are welcome.

Hi ... I'm no expert on this by any means but given your 'Editing and Design' plans ... I would suggest a higher resolution display.

This is ok. Better if you can improve the RAM to 12 or 16 GB would be preferred.

RAM upgrade and e sports games should be no problem

Battery life and cooling are also good. Maybe a second monitor can come handy at home when editing.
