Opinions on nvidias new Max q laptops?

I think it is mostly marketing. All it is from what I read is a software update too.

they only make undervolted/underclocked gpus but customers pay the entire price for them. a 19mm laptop doesn't able to use correctly a gtx1080 so this is only marketing

someone call them Max-T, where T is for throttling 😀
