how do i remove the optical drive in msi gt72 G-1445

At 45 seconds in, she says "remove screw" (after you've already removed the 7 screws holding the bottom panel on and removed said panel). After removing this eighth screw, you should be able to pull out the ODD.

P.S. I don't think you need to remove the hinge cap (her first step).
