The system doesn't look bad for a home theater in a box and reviews are good but not from a trusted site that isn't a retailer. Although WhatHiFi gave a great review. My problems with these types of systems is you have fudge somewhere and it it usually the speakers(receiver or both). Which is fine if you plan on keeping them for the long term.
This receiver really putting out 1000 watts that has also to supply the sub woofer, doesn't
sound good to me. Why doesn't it include a powered sub which would be better since receivers amps are decent at best. IF you read through the PDF, it shows output at 1kHz which is a big flag when looking for an amp receiver.

When you're looking at specs(even if they are true), they should be 20Hz to 20,000hz at 1-3 THD. Manufactures try to deceive by saying"it's puts out 1000 watts total or 100 watts per channel 5.1. But if you really look into the specs, they rate those 100 watts at 2.0 and/or at 1Khz and might have a spec for the additional channels. For example, if you see a 5.1 receiver that advertises 5.1 100 watts per channel, you will be lucky to get 50-60 watts and at that point is really stressing the receiver.
My other major concern with this system is the lack of inputs and outputs. And if the receiver blows up, there goes the blu ray player and receiver.
It looks like this is a discontinued model so if you can get it for 400 euros, it might be a good buy. IF the speakers that come with it are good a still even better buy. You always use the speakers for something else. It's hard to say never hearing the system but at least WhatHiFi gave it a good rating but keep in mind for future upgrades.
