Orginpc Laptop negative and dark screen

Recently I bought a Orgin 15 inch laptop, its not even a month old, but when I got home today my screen is negative and extremely dark. I have used magnifier to fix the negative problem, however my screen is still dark. Is there anyway to fix this?

Hi,

Adjust the brightness of your laptop.
- Go to Control Panel and look for Power Options.
- Click on Change plan Settings depending on which power plan is selected.
- Once open you can adjust the brightness from there. Try to set it to maximum first and see if it make any changes. If it does change the brightness adjust it to your liking and click on Apply and OK to save all the changes.
- Normally you can also use the function keys of your keyboard to adjust the brightness either high or low.
