Overwhelmed by the numbers - Which one is better?

I'm a first time laptop buyer here and have narrowed down my choices to these two laptops.
Asus

I will be using it for general web browsing and video rendering/uploading. I do play some light games - occasionally.

The Asus has the better cpu and the acer has the better gpu.
