Pair wireless taotronics bluetooth with blackweb bluetooth audio

How do I pair taotronics bluetooth headphones with blackweb bluetooth audio receiver set? I believe I need to plug the blackweb into my soundbar but don't know how to pair them. Thanks

You can't pair headphones to a bluetooth receiver. You need a transmitter to do that, Soundbars don't have outputs only inputs so the transmitter would connect to the TV not the soundbar since that would be the source of audio. You can split the output of the TV and connect both the soundbar and BT transmitter.
