Hi my name is eddie and i live in somerset
pairing smart tv (p50upa2029a) with dell laptop latitude e6230? I can not find bluetooth on tv
I am70 and have no clue how its done,any help would be great

You can't use bluetooth to pair your laptop with a TV even if the TV and the laptop both have bluetooth. That's not the function that either uses bluetooth for.
The simplest way to use your TV with the laptop is an HDMI cable. If you have to go wireless then check the TV owners manual for mention of "screen mirroring". If you can't find it then check the instructions here
