I have a bush smart tv how do I connect my l.panasonic Bluetooth speaker no leads in it

Connect the audio output of the TV to a low latency bluetooth transmitter. You may still get an audio delay that will make the picture and sound out of sync.
Check the TV manual on how to use the audio output. It might need to be turned on in the TV menu.
Pair the speaker with it.
