Panasonic LCD shuts off

My Panasonic 55" LCD TV turns on fine and after about 15 min or so turns off and when you try to turn it back on it just clicks.

Do you have some kind of shut down timer set? Look in the options. If that's not it I dont know. Do you still have a warranty? I would call panasonic and see what they say.
