Panasonic sa-pt760 remote some IRS not working

I think I may have locked the remote to certain functions, only the volume AMD power are getting ir beams

That model number isn't enough to find the exact remote.
If the remote operates more than one piece of equipment then there will be a button to select which device most of the buttons operate. The volume and power may be universal to all the devices.
