Password cracking software recommendations

I am looking for recommendations relating to software cracking programs that I can use to unlock the pin on my mother's cell phones. My mother passed away in October 2021. I am her son and the legal executor of her estate and somehow need to unlock the pin codes that she had on her phones so that I can get into her phones and find out what she was up to and had going on at the time of her death. I do not want to lose any data. All I want to do is get past the pin codes that she had on her phones so that I can find out what she had on her phones and what she was doing. I do not want to lose any data. I would appreciate any thoughts/ideas/suggestions that you might have regarding this issue. I've tried contacting her cell phone provider, but they say they can't help me and it's important that I be able to get into her phones without losing any data.
