Password login fail

Windows 7. I put correct password in and it shows error then logs off and back on again. Anyone know what I can do?

Either it is the correct password or it isn't. Or your caps lock is on.

Yes I am certain of my password and caps lock definitely isn't on. I followed someone's instructions on here, however I can get on through administrator now but I can't get onto Firefox browser.
