Hi
I was given a secondhand Samsung series 5 ultra touch as an xmas gift by my dad. He set up two accounts, one local 'Samsung/admin' and a Microsoft account. He misspelt my Microsoft email details, so I cannot reset that password. The password he gave me is not correct and None of the so called 'memorable info' he wrote down is accepted, and I am constantly told that it is all incorrect!
I have attempted to restore and reset the machine to factory settings, both to no avail! I am asked for the 'samsung' password at every turn?
I do not have a password recovery disk. I do not have a copy of windows on disk. I believe I am running windows 10.
I've tried a couple of suggestions that I have seen online re: using Cmd promt and changing the ease of access onscreen key board etc but again, I am asked for the password??
Any help at this point really would be very much appreciated!!
