I need speakers that can top microlabs and fc360? My roomies is beating me with them.

You may want to score some M-Audio 5XBa off ebay. You even may to succeed, if you're lucky. You won't be disappointed

I suggest buying Logitech X530 (5.1 PC). In my opinion, it beats most of the lower end models by far. And it even comes with an adjustable bass control on the back. It will require Black/Orange/Green inputs on your motherboard/soundcard. Or just a green (stereo) for the 2.1 (2 speakers and the bass). I don't want to make this sound like a commercial, so I'll end with that they sound amazing for it's price, and the added bonus of surround sound.
