Hey Guys, I'm currently running this hardware:

i5-4460 @ 3.2 GHz
GTX 1060 6GB
16GB DDR3-2133 RAM
Asrock H97 Anniversary Edition LGA1150 Motherboard
EVGA 750w Platinum PSU

I've noticed my PC is starting to slow down by a decent amount (need to reformat). Multitasking is become really hard to do and I'm noticing continually decreasing performance in games that I play. When I'm getting lag spikes in fortnite that's when I know that somethings' up. I know that reformatting would probably help quite a bit, but I'm thinking, if I'm going to reformat, why not just upgrade my shit at the same time.

My PC is mostly 2014/5 hardware. My GPU and RAM are relatively new, but 16gb of ram is starting to not cut it anymore.

I'm considering going for this setup:

i7-8700 (non-K) 3.2 GHz w/ 6 cores
G.Skill - Trident Z RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3000
Gigabyte - B360 AORUS Gaming 3 WIFI ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

I don't think I need a new GPU, unless you guys think a 1060 6GB will be a bottleneck.

But with those new components I hope to see a good improvement with multitasking (I usually need to have a few, relatively light applications open at once). I also hope to see somewhat of an improvement in games like Rust, but I know my 1060 will be the weakest link.

I have the money to upgrade my GPU, but, I kinda want to wait a bit, as 1060 is OK for me right now.
