Pendo pad help

My pendo pad 7" won't turn on. I have tried to reboot by holding down the volume up button and the on button at the same time but nothing happens. Any ideas?

It's definitely charged? Try giving it a few hours.

It's definitely charged and has been on the charger for 2 days now
