Solved! People can't hear me

I recently started working from home and my job requires a mic headseat. I can hear my customers but they say they can hear me or I sound like I am talking in a tunnel. I have list 2 days of work due to this. I bought a new headset but that did not fix the problem. Please help.

Well - with sparse details I can only guess, so I guess that the mic is simply not selected as audio input source in sound settings. Say uou have a laptop with a mic built-in, then it may simply be that one being active instead of your headset.

Try another headset or mic and see if that helps.
