Sadly they are not infringing... as a blind eye has been turned to these dataminers... Intelius is my arch nemesis. These companies scour public records and add any information they can into their databases. Own a house? You're probably in public records already, and they have your info... Sadly, the ONLY way to get your name out of public records is with a court order, and if your info has already been gleaned before the court order, you'll never be free.

This is a realy benefit for stalkers and rapists. Does not do much for vulnrable singles that really need protections. The public records are junk data that is not very useful for a dater, but can be a gold mine for criminals.
