Can someone help as how to connect Philips 2.1 Speaker MMS4545B(Bluetooth) to Samsung LED 108cm 43NU7100

Looks like they have an aux in jack, use the TV audio out (probably optical) along with an adapter for RCA or 3.5mm jack depending on what the speaker system has.
