Question Philips tv channel install, regional selection problem

I have started the setup of my Philips 7506 smart tv. Plugged in Ariel and gone through the channel install. It found 143 channels but then went to regional settings. It's got to uk, northeast ok but then I have to choose town at which point it stops. I have powered off and tried 4 times but It is doing nothing and I can't skip. I have left it for nearly an hour.

Any ideas???

Yeah, I have an idea, Open the manual, find the support number and call it.
It's a freshly unboxed TV, that's what they are there for.
