Phillips tech service number

I have a plillips 42" plasma flat tv model 42pf7320a/37 i can not get the menu to say off when i push exit it will go and come wright back to menu screen?

I'm getting the green screen of death on my series 1. Anyone have the
number to phillips tech support for Tivo. Tivo tech support gave me a
number but it turned out to be a chat line... Google didn't come up
with it.
